I was completely discouraged until I learned about Whole Body Reboot and became intrigued with the concept of Peruvian superfoods and plans for all diet preferences including vegans. After completing the optional 5-day reboot jump-start consisting of delicious and satisfying reboot smoothies, including modest snacks and meals as needed, I lost 6 pounds. Additionally, I experienced increased energy and clarity of mind. All amazing results!!! The Whole Body Reboot has Peruvian superfood recipes for those who chose vegan, gluten-free, vegetarian, and otherwise that are easy to follow and colorful in presentation. I’ve made several recipes and I am so happy to be experiencing whole and healthful foods with Peruvian flavors that are very satisfying. The book also includes helpful tips on exercise. Whole Body Reboot has been a life-changer for me. I have been rebooted out of my weight-loss rut and I am finally losing the weight as well as feeling confident about my health.
Once again, Manuel has provided great recipes, great ideas for mixing up your routine with food. I especially like the smoothies, easy, quick, nutritious and filling. Since my morning starts at 5am, breakfast is the last thing I want to miss and after a workout, I need nutrition, hence the smoothies sustain me through the morning. The recipes are easy and filling through out the day.Most of all, I appreciate that he Thanked everyone for putting this great book togethor. I highly suggest following the 5 day detox and transitioning is not challenging or difficult. For me, it was a mind over matter. Once I realized the benefits, and noticed results, I was hooked.I am fortunate to have worked with Manuel as a client and I completely trust his expertise because if there is anything in dobut, he colloaborates with my doctor. That being said, Health is good and I challenge you to seek the best remedy for your well being.
I love this book. Very useful, easy to follow the recipes with delicious dishes. All ingredientes can be founded in California except fresh pichuberry (golden berry) but there are dry pichuberry. I tried Quinoa Pumpkin Portridge, Triple Berry Breakfast Smoothie, Sweet Potato Waffle or pancake, Minestrone Soup, Oregano Roasted Chicken, etc etc almost all, hahaha. Really I recommend this book!!!
Amazing Book!!I did the 5 day Reboot and felt really good! I wasn't tryng to loose weight, so I ate all the snacks and food extras just like in the book and still lost 2 lb (which I disn't mind 😊) .. Feeling Amazing!I absolutely recommend this book!!!
