I was extremely skeptical about this book when I first picked it up. I feared it would be all 'woo-woo' and 'scented candles'. I have a lot of reservations about the whole self-help/relationship/men are from mars category. After a few pages, I was able to put those fears aside. This book is filled with useful, step-by-instructions, well researched, scientifically-based observations and highly relatable real world examples. The author's personal story, honesty and background added to the reading experience too. Quite often with advice books, there's a few golden nuggets but a lot of fluff/irrelevance but I've gone back and noticed that I've bookmarked more pages than I normally would. In each section, there was at least one insight that made me go "I didn't think of that before but that is so true". I also appreciate how it never patronizes and recognizes too that women change - both physically and mentally - and not all rules apply. If you want to rid yourself of false beliefs, address your guilt and relationship issues, transition from the boardroom to the bedroom without suppressing who you are - read this book.
If you are looking for a solution to any blocks regarding romantic relationships, this book is for you. Suki has the solution through the magnetic process. An excellent and easy read. I'm not usually one to read this type of material, but I love the author's personal love stories and wanted even more. It's so true that we go through stages in our life about what is important and what is not. At the end of it all, love transcends the wealth and materialistic elements of life. I read it without doing the exercises, but will be sitting down again to go through them all.I applaud the author for bringing all of her knowledge forward in such a candid and vulnerable way. I recommend this to anyone who wants to find their own happiness.
